Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ATG platform, including our website, web app, mobile experiences, and related services. The current public launch posture is a United States B2B pilot or commercial service for adult users of customer and community programs. The Service is operated by Aurelius Technologies Group, Inc. and, where applicable, the community organization or program that invited or authorized you to use the Service.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, requesting a demo setup, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If a customer order form, master services agreement, Business Associate Agreement, Qualified Service Organization Agreement, data processing addendum, security exhibit, or similar written agreement applies, that written agreement controls the contracted customer relationship to the extent it conflicts with these public Terms.
1. Eligibility and authorized use
You must be an adult able to form a binding agreement and may use the Service only for an authorized community, pilot, demo, or customer program. You are responsible for using the Service in accordance with your program rules, these Terms, and applicable law.
2. Customer and community responsibilities
Customer and community operators are responsible for their own programs, member notices, permissions, moderation, professional services, escalation workflows, and crisis-response plans. The Service helps organize community and operations workflows; it does not replace customer policies, clinical judgment, emergency procedures, or legally required notices.
3. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell your community administrator or our support team promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Community conduct
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or harm another person;
- post unlawful, hateful, infringing, misleading, or impersonating content;
- share another person's private or sensitive information without permission;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service;
- use the Service for spam, scraping, credential harvesting, or unauthorized sales.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us and the applicable community a limited license to host, store, transmit, display, moderate, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to share your content.
6. Not medical, clinical, crisis, or emergency care
The Service is a community and operations tool. It is not a medical, clinical, crisis, emergency, or professional advice service. Rally, check-ins, outreach preparation, and similar features can help route information within a community response plan, but they do not provide assured response times, clinical outcomes, recovery outcomes, or emergency intervention.
If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services, call or text 988 in the United States, or use another appropriate crisis resource.
7. Communications
The Service may send account, security, product, support, and community activity communications through in-app messages, push notifications, email, or other available channels. Marketing emails require separate consent where required and can be unsubscribed from as described in those messages.
8. Compliance posture
The Service is designed for BAA-ready and HIPAA-aligned safeguards where a signed customer agreement, Business Associate Agreement, Qualified Service Organization Agreement, or similar contract applies. Public use of the Service does not by itself create a patient-provider relationship, clinical duty, or blanket regulated-service status.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim to operate the Service reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular results, participation rates, cost savings, or outcome improvements.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We or your community may suspend or end access if required for security, legal, operational, or program reasons, or if you violate these Terms.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular clinical, operational, legal, or compliance outcome.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.
14. Governing law and dispute process
Governing law: Delaware law. Dispute venue: state or federal courts located in Delaware. Dispute process: good-faith informal resolution followed by litigation in the stated venue unless a signed customer agreement specifies a different process.
Where a signed customer agreement applies, that agreement controls dispute terms to the extent it conflicts with these public Terms. Some rights, remedies, forums, or procedures may also be governed by mandatory law that cannot be changed by contract.
15. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date and version shown above identify the currently posted version. Material changes may be communicated in the app, by email, or through your community administrator.
