Privacy Policy
Effective June 26, 2026. Version privacy-2026-06-26.
This Privacy Policy explains how Aurelius Technologies Group, Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the ATG platform, including our website, web app, mobile experiences, demo request forms, and related services.
The current public launch posture is a United States B2B pilot or commercial service for adult users of customer and community programs. In some deployments we act on behalf of a customer or community organization under a written agreement. In those cases, the customer may also provide its own notices and instructions.
1. Information we collect
Account and profile information. Name, email address, tenant or community affiliation, role, credentials, profile details, avatar, preferences, and account status.
Community content. Posts, comments, reactions, messages, check-ins, event activity, Rally requests, and other information you choose to submit.
Demo and business contact information. Organization name, contact details, program type, approximate community size, requested follow-up, marketing consent, and related lead or support history.
Device, security, and usage information. Log data, IP address, user agent, cookie or local-storage identifiers, push tokens, session data, audit events, diagnostics, and feature usage needed to operate and protect the Service.
Legal acceptance records. Terms, privacy, and marketing-consent evidence including accepted versions, timestamp, surface, IP address, user agent, tenant or user identifiers where applicable, and related metadata.
2. Sensitive information
The Service supports recovery, alumni, and wellbeing communities. You may choose to share sensitive information in community content or support requests. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing and what your community rules allow.
Where a signed customer agreement, BAA, QSOA, or similar agreement applies, we handle covered or specially protected information according to that agreement and the configured product safeguards. We do not make a blanket public claim that every use of the Service is regulated in the same way.
3. Customer-controlled and regulated deployments
Customer-controlled account, community, engagement, audit, and operations data may be handled by us as a service provider or contractor for the applicable customer. The customer remains responsible for its own member notices, legal bases, consents, authorizations, care-team instructions, retention directions, and escalation policies.
Where a Business Associate Agreement, Qualified Service Organization Agreement, data processing addendum, or similar agreement applies, we use the information according to that agreement and the configured safeguards. Incident or breach notifications will be handled according to applicable law and the relevant written agreement.
4. How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service.
- Authenticate users, route tenant access, and protect accounts.
- Deliver community content, notifications, invitations, and support workflows.
- Prepare demos, respond to business requests, and manage customer relationships.
- Record consent and acceptance evidence required for operations and compliance.
- Detect abuse, debug issues, audit activity, and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Notifications and marketing
We may send operational messages such as account, security, invite, support, and community activity notifications. Marketing emails are sent only where we have an appropriate basis or consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by contacting us at legal@atg.community.
6. How information is shared
Within your community. Content is shared according to the product feature you use, your community settings, and applicable role permissions.
Customers and administrators. Community operators may access member, engagement, audit, and operations information according to their role and agreements.
Service providers. We use providers for hosting, storage, security, email, notifications, analytics, support, and similar operations. They process information only to provide services to us and are subject to appropriate contractual protections.
Legal, safety, and business events. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce agreements, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or similar transaction.
No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support security and audit needs, and honor customer instructions. Some records, such as legal acceptance and audit evidence, may be retained even after account access ends.
8. Your choices and rights
- Update profile information in the app where the feature is available.
- Control device notifications through app or device settings.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email through the email footer.
- Request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction where available.
To make a privacy request, contact legal@atg.community. If your account is managed by a community organization, we may route your request to that organization when required.
9. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete from inside the app. Open the menu, go to your account settings, and choose Delete account. This permanently closes your account and removes your personal profile and community content from active use.
Request by email. If you cannot access the app, email legal@atg.community from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. If your account is managed by a community organization, we may coordinate the request with that organization before completing it.
What is removed and what is retained. Deletion removes your profile and personal content. As described in the Retention section, a limited set of records (such as legal-acceptance and security or audit evidence) may be retained where law or a customer agreement requires it.
10. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, audit records, least-privilege operations, and environment separation. No system is perfectly secure, so we continue to monitor, improve, and respond to security and privacy issues.
11. Children
The current public launch posture is for adult users. The Service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
12. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date and version shown above identify the currently posted version. Material changes may be communicated in the app, by email, or through your community administrator.
13. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to legal@atg.community. Support requests can be routed through support@atg.community.
